Tamar View Holiday Park (Cornwall Caravan Parks) has been given the green light to further develop the existing park in Gunnislake with 14 additional pitches, set to house seasonal tourers!
With far reaching views of over 18 miles across Tamar Valley and beyond to Plymouth, Ian & Francesca James, owners of Cornwall Caravan Parks wanted to expand the accessibility to anyone wanting to experience the true beauty of Cornwall through offering new seasonal touring pitches in the coming months.
Owner; Ian James said: “We are extremely excited to have been given the go ahead to develop up to 14 more pitches on unused land adjacent to our existing park. Working closely with the council and planning board we were able to get confirmation to extend our existing offering and further build upon Cornwall’s tourism trade.”
He continues “We are planning on keeping as much of the natural surroundings, untouched in the new extension, boasting our already awarded Bronze David Bellamy award to help conserve and protect our wildlife and environment.”
By adding seasonal tourers, alongside a letting lodge which gives visitors the ability to book a short break or week away, bring their own tourer on a seasonal pitch, or invest in a tranquil retreat holiday home or lodge of their very own, all boasting amazing panoramic views of the Tamar valley out to Plymouth Sound.
Tamar View Holiday Park has long proved popular with owners many of which come from Cornwall whereas other owners visit from Bulgaria and France and many other locations, all escaping the hustle and bustle and enjoying the quiet, family, community feel which Tamar View Holiday Park offers.
