To be based at Notter Bridge and Tamar View Holiday Parks just 6 miles apart in Cornwall. Notter Bridge with its riverside location provides private fishing and small boat launching. Close to the coast and a gateway to explore Cornwall. Tamar View set on the foot of Dartmoor National Park with breath-taking panoramic views to Plymouth Sound.

You must be motivated and you need to have a great attention to detail, a positive attitude, good work ethic and enthusiasm along with excellent customer service and communication skills. As well as all these things, as part of our team we can offer you the chance to grow and develop your skills.
This job would ideally suit a couple that have experience of working on caravan parks, letting and can deal with all aspects of dealing with reception, bookings, customer sales and enquiries.
We also require experience of grass cutting, strimming and gardening and general maintenance and repairs. Experience of cleaning and housekeeping letting units to a very high standard. The ideal candidates can work well as a team with little or no supervision. We are looking for self-motivated candidates, who have the relevant experience. This is a full-time live-in position.
The key duties will include (to liaise with park managers)
1.. Reception duties, sales, enquiries and bookings.
2..Accommodation cleaning and housekeeping of all letting units to a very high standard, attention to detail
3..To carry out daily maintenance of the site, keeping areas safe and well presented
4..Responsible for maintaining our parks and equipment in tip top shape and presented to the highest standard.
5..Caravan & Property repair around the site.
6..General upkeep of the park.
7. A practical approach to undertaking minor groundwork and associated tasks.
8..Be able to interact effectively with customers on site and assist in basic queries
9..Point of contact for emergency cover and out of hours duty
All candidates will be required to:
Possess adequate experience within the industry, essential, must be able to work weekends, hold a current driving licence, be physically fit, have great communication skills, be happy to take holidays out of season, be able to work on your own initiative, have good common sense and be trustworthy, have experience with the use of equipment and vehicles on park.

Warden Couple required for Exciting new Opportunity in Devon
Vacancy Roles: Park Assistant Wardens
This position is a great opportunity for a couple who love to be busy, fit and active, to join our small experienced team at Lynmouth Holiday Retreat, part of the Coast and Country Parks group, with four holiday parks in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset Lynmouth Holiday Retreat is a small holiday park on the outskirts of scenic Lynton, Lynmouth, Exmoor National Park and overlooking the Bristol Channel. The park has 23 privately owned static caravan plots, 6 rental caravans, 1 glamping tent, 2 pods, and 90 touring pitches for touring caravans, tents and motorhomes.
The holiday park which is under new ownership has undertaken and is continuing to have substantial ongoing investment and improvement, and we are looking for a couple to assist Sonia and John who manage the park on a day to day basis for the 2021 season. We pride ourselves on our 5* customer service, very high levels of customer satisfaction and have many returning guests.
Below is a guide but not limited to the Wardens range of duties.
• Reception work – greeting and booking in guests using gemma parks and showing guests to their pitch,
• Dealing with online & telephone bookings along with telephone/email and face to face enquiries.
• Serving customers in the shop.
• Cleaning of the toilet amenity blocks & shared facilities to our very high standards.
• Cleaning of our tent and new Glamping Pods
• Assist in the cleaning, maintenance and monitoring of static holiday caravans where required.
• Sorting all linen into bedding packs in preparation for our holiday lets.
• Emptying bins and general tidying up including clearing of litter and sweeping paths and roads as necessary.
•Gardening, grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting and weeding.
•General maintenance and repairs work.
•Helping to enforce site rules for the benefit of all visitors.
•Night time Warden duties, including out of hours check-in, you will also be on call for any necessary out-of-hours duties needed on park, ensuring site safety and noise checks.
• Any other general tasks involved in the day to day running of a park and working alongside the existing management staff.
The successful couple need to be professional in attitude, enthusiastic, confident, with an eye for detail, and be able to work on own initiative as well as being team players. They also need to be physically fit, possess a high level of customer service, have a flexible approach, and a good sense of humour. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Both must hold a UK driving licence be computer literate and provide excellent references. Hours worked will be 5 days per week (including weekends), Bank Holidays & will also include evenings on call. Sorry no dependents or pets. Season is from 1st March – 5 th November.
