Our ideal applicant couple would enjoy working outdoors and be proactive and embracing of the ‘all hands on deck’ attitude key to the success of our small and experienced Lynmouth Holiday Retreat team.
Candidate couples must both hold a valid UK driving licence, be computer literate and provide satisfactory references. Whilst staff accommodation is provided, this is limited to successful applicants only and excludes dependents and pets.

Warden Couple required for a new Opportunity in Cornwall
Vacancy Roles: Live in Park Assistant Wardens
To be based at Notter Bridge and Tamar View Holiday Parks just 6 miles apart in Cornwall. Notter Bridge with its riverside location provides private fishing and small boat launching. Close to the coast and a gateway to explore Cornwall. Tamar View set on the foot of Dartmoor National Park with breath-taking panoramic views to Plymouth Sound.
We are looking for people who are passionate about providing a great holiday experience that encourages our guests to come back time again – the most important thing to make this happen is our passionate people.
You must be motivated and you need to have a great attention to detail, a positive attitude, good work ethic and enthusiasm along with excellent customer service and communication skills. As well as all these things, as part of our team we can offer you the chance to grow and develop your skills.
This job would ideally suit a couple that have experience of working on caravan parks, letting and can deal with all aspects of dealing with reception, bookings, customer sales and enquiries.
We also require experience of grass cutting, strimming and gardening and general maintenance and repairs. Experience of cleaning and housekeeping letting units to a very high standard. The ideal candidates can work well as a team with little or no supervision. We are looking for self-motivated candidates, who have the relevant experience. This is a full-time live-in position.
The key duties will include (to liaise with park managers)
1.. Reception duties, sales, enquiries and bookings.
2..Accommodation cleaning and housekeeping of all letting units to a very high standard, attention to detail
3..To carry out daily maintenance of the site, keeping areas safe and well presented
4..Responsible for maintaining our parks and equipment in tip top shape and presented to the highest standard.
5..Caravan & Property repair around the site.
6..General upkeep of the park.
7. A practical approach to undertaking minor groundwork and associated tasks.
8..Be able to interact effectively with customers on site and assist in basic queries
9..Point of contact for emergency cover and out of hours duty
All candidates will be required to:
Possess adequate experience within the industry, essential, must be able to work weekends, hold a current driving licence, be physically fit, have great communication skills, be happy to take holidays out of season, be able to work on your own initiative, have good common sense and be trustworthy, have experience with the use of equipment and vehicles on park.
