With a commanding position enjoying views over the Tamar Valley and the River Tamar in the distance, Valley View is the ideal location to choose for your holiday or short break away. With a well appointed open plan lounge, dining area and kithcen, making the most of the views, the property has all the creature comforts from home to have a relaxing time away.
The lounge has a built in blue tooth sound system, books and board games to enjoy and has French doors leading onto the decking area complete with patio furniture for some al fresco dining. The well designed kitchen with all the appliances to russle up a hearty breakfast or a dinner for 4 also has a washing machine and dishwasher….so no arguing over who’s drying the dishes! There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room and a twin bedded room with a family shower room.

Tamar Cottage – Sleeps 6

Located in the hamlet of St. Ann’s Chapel The Cottage has an enviable position on the side of a hill over looking Tamar Valley and the River Tamar in the distance, The well appointed property has a light and airy kitchen with all the appliances you would expect to find to to prepare a hearty breakfast or al fresco dining.

The kitchen leads onto the open plan dining and lounge area with seating for 6 guests to either watch a film in front of the fire or to enjoy some family time over a meal. From the dining area an outside door leads on to an enclosed grassed garden with a patio complete with table and chairs catching the morning sun. Or alternately you my wish to while away an hour in the hot tub, taking in the views. There is a more intimate dining area at the rear of the The Cottage catching the evening sun.
