Across our parks, we have everything from Pods, caravans, lodges and even our beautiful cottage. On Lynmouth Holiday Retreat we also cater for tents, campervans, motorhomes and touring caravans. We even have our own Stargazer Bell Tents for those who are new to tenting and want to try it first!

Sales

We are a family run group of four holiday parks across the South West. Our parks are quiet and set-in idyllic locations across Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Our parks provide the perfect opportunity for you to establish a base in the South West in a caravan or lodge, on parks that have their own amenities, whether its access to a 7-mile stretch of beach, local walking routes, fishing or panoramic views!

Our parks are open 7 days a week. We advise calling or making an appointment before you arrive, so we can arrange for one of our sales team to show you around our parks and holiday homes.

We have a wide array of caravans and lodges across our parks available, with caravans starting from as a little as £21,995 right through to luxury holiday lodges, which can start from £90,000.

Our prices include transport, siting, connections, safety tests and inspections and tv aerial installation. All of our holiday caravans and lodges come fully furnished with high quality appliances. For the majority of our caravans and lodges, we also include the cost of brand-new decking. If decking is not included, we will notify you when viewing.

We do not offer finance ourselves, however, we have partnered with Pegasus Finance, who specialise in finance for caravans and lodges. Do let us know if you would like their assistance and we can connect you.

There are no hidden fees during the process of buying a holiday caravan or lodge. The process allows the buyer and park owner to deal directly, so there are no third-party fees. During the process, there are several elements to budget for:

  • Annual Pitch Fees – This includes the security and management of the park, your local authority rates contribution and waste management.
  • Utilities – On our parks, these are metered, so you are only charged based on your usage.
  • Insurance – All holiday caravans and lodges must be insured.

If the holiday caravan or lodge is new, it will come with the manufacturers warranty. All our pre-owned caravans and lodges come with our own 6-month park warranty, giving you piece of mind.

The site license will vary from each caravan to lodge. New holiday caravans are offered with a 15-year site license, whereas a new lodge is offered with a 25-year site license. Pre-owned holiday caravans and lodges can vary.

The site license at the time of purchase is our commitment to you. There are however, several options available to:

  • If you are enjoying the park and your time with us, there is the option to upgrade to a new holiday caravans or lodge, with a new site license.
  • If circumstances change, you can sell your holiday caravan or lodge to the park or to a new prospective buyer, who will have the benefit of the remaining years on the site license.
  • Let a friend of family member take over the license.

At the end of the license, there are four options available to you:

  1. You can upgrade to a new holiday home on your current plot, and we can take your holiday home in part exchange
  2. You can also upgrade to another holiday home we have available elsewhere on park, and we can also take your current holiday home in part exchange.
  3. The park can buy back your holiday home, allowing you to walk away.
  4. As you own the physical holiday home, you can pay a disconnection charge and arrange for the holiday home to be transported to a destination of your choosing.

We do not allow any owner to live on site or class their holiday caravan or lodge as their main residence. This would be a breach of your site license and of our park license to the local authority. Our holiday parks are open for a minimum of 10 months per year, providing a wide window in which to use it.

All of our holiday parks are open for a minimum of 10-months (closed in January and February), with Tamar View and Notter Bridge Holiday Parks open for 11-months (closed in February only).

We do not allow owners to rent or sub-let their holiday caravan or lodge.

Yes, your friends and family are more than welcome to visit or use your holiday home at your discretion.

Yes! All of our park’s welcome pets. We do insist that they are kept on a lead at all times around the park and that they are not left on their own in your holiday caravan or lodge.

Yes, you can fish free of charge at Notter Bridge Holiday Park. There is access onto the River Lynher via the slipway at the end of the park, or you can fish straight from your decking for those holiday caravans and lodges situated along the river. We also have a small fishing lake in our wooded nature walk which hosts a variety of local fish breeds. Fishing is on a catch and release basis only.

No, if you wish to own on one of our parks, you must purchase one of our holiday homes for sale.

All alterations to your holiday home and plot must go through the office to be authorised by the park manager. Decking must also only be constructed via the park by a preferred contractor.

We know a lot of thought goes into deciding to purchase a holiday home, and we will be with you every step of the way. Do not hesitate to contact Chris, who can be reached on
