This holiday caravan includes a brand-new decking, with a separate grass area and an adjacent hardstanding allocated parking space. Situated on our new holiday caravan and lodge development, our holiday caravans are all set on solid spacious bases, with supporting landscaping and privacy for all.
Lynmouth Holiday Retreat is a holiday park set in the Exmoor National Park, offering a wide variety of local walking routes from the Retreat. The Retreat also benefits from live-on wardens, a small shop in reception and a local pub a short walk away.
Stepping into the front door brings you into the open plan dining and kitchen area, with a small storage cupboard for coats and shoes. At the front of the caravan is the living room, with large double sliding doors, letting light in and providing access out onto the new decking. The lounge benefits from freestanding furniture as well as a fitted electric fire. The dining area is set to the side and benefits from free standing furniture. The kitchen provides ample storage as well as built-in appliances. Stepping through the door which separates the living and sleeping accommodation, takes you to the twin room with built in storage and the family shower room. The master bedroom is set at the rear of the caravan and provides a large fixed double bed, dressing area as well as an en-suite WC.
