We warmly welcome guests with a variety of access needs and encourage anyone with specific requirements to reach out to us before booking. Notter Bridge Holiday Park

Our park is nestled within a beautiful natural countryside environment alongside the Lynher River. While this unique setting offers charm and tranquility, it can also present some accessibility challenges that we strive to manage thoughtfully.

We warmly welcome guests with a wide range of access needs and encourage anyone with specific requirements to contact us prior to booking. Please see the accessibility information for this park below:

  • On Arrival: The park entrances are clearly signposted to assist easy navigation.
  • Parking:
    • Spaces are provided next to or close to accommodation wherever possible to minimise walking distances.
    • Additional parking may be available subject to availability; please inquire in advance if you require extra spaces.
  • Location and terrain: The park is set in riverside countryside with a mix of level and gently sloping ground. Some paths and outdoor areas consist of gravel or natural surfaces which may be uneven; please contact us for advice if you have mobility concerns.
  • Accommodation: We offer holiday caravans, pods and lodges with parking adjacent or near accommodation for ease of access. Most accommodation options have steps or thresholds; please inquire about specific units if you require step-free access.
  • Reception: is conveniently located at the park entrance and includes a small shop for essentials. Staff at reception will be happy to assist guests as best as possible with accessibility requirements and provide information about park facilities.
  • Facilities: Laundry facilities are available on-site; please note there may be a small step at the entrance. We recommend contacting us if you require assistance with laundry access.
  • Assistance dogs: are warmly welcomed throughout the park.
  • Dog areas: We have a dedicated enclosed dog exercise area and dog wash station available.
  • Limitations: Some paths and external areas include gravel and rural surfaces that may be challenging for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Guests with specific mobility needs are advised to contact us ahead of their visit so we can discuss suitable accommodation and access routes.

Tamar View Holiday Park

Perched atop the picturesque Tamar Valley, the park offers breathtaking countryside views; however, the elevated and sloping terrain may present some accessibility challenges that we address with care.

Lynmouth Holiday Retreat

  • On Arrival: Park entrances are clearly signposted.
  • Parking: is available next to or close to accommodation wherever possible.  Touring guests can park adjacent to their pitches for convenience. Additional parking may be available subject to availability.
  • Assistance dogs: are welcome throughout the park.
  • Location and terrain: The park is set in a hilly, countryside environment with a combination of level and gently sloping ground. Touring pitches include grass, gravel, and concrete surfaces, which may affect accessibility.
  • Accommodation:
    • We offer holiday caravans with parking adjacent or near accommodation for ease of access. Some accommodation options may have steps or thresholds; please inquire about specific units if you require step-free access.
    • Touring pitches are available with electric and non-electric options. Parking is permitted next to tents, caravans, and motorhomes to minimise walking distances.
  • Reception: Reception is located near the park entrance. Staff are available to assist with enquiries and arrival support.
  • Facilities: Central facilities building located in Beggars Field with step-free access via a tarmac ramp.
  • Toilets and showers: Two wheelchair-accessible WC/shower rooms available, one equipped with baby changing facilities with separate Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s facilities located on a single level for ease of access. Private bathrooms are available to pre-book via reception.
  • Laundry facilities: are located within the same building.
  • Additional Facilities: Washing-up sinks and an EasyBe dishwasher are available for guest use. Dog washing station and chemical toilet disposal point provided. Drinking water and grey waste disposal points are located around the park.
  • Limitations: Some pitches are on sloping ground which may be challenging for some guests. Gravel surfaces in some areas may be difficult for wheelchair users or those using mobility aids.

 


Yellow Sands Holiday Park

Situated in a natural coastal environment with a beachfront location, our park offers unique charm alongside some accessibility considerations.

We warmly welcome guests with a variety of access needs and encourage anyone with specific requirements to reach out to us before booking. Please see the accessibility information for this park below:

  • Arrival: Park entrances are clearly signposted.
