How to get to us?
We are situated with easy access from the main A39. You can approach us from West or East, however, we do suggest to approach us from the west if you are towing or have a big vehicle.
What are the guidelines for hot tub use at night?
We kindly ask guests to refrain from using hot tubs after 10 PM to maintain the tranquil and peaceful nature of our parks, in line with our noise curfew. Please be considerate of those around you and keep noise levels down after this time.
Is early check-in available?
Yes, early check-in is available where possible. The fees are as follows:
- Camping and Touring: £10.00 for check-in from 12 PM (standard check-in time is 2 PM).
- Holiday Caravans/Lodges and Glamping: £20.00 for check-in from 2 PM (standard check-in time is 4 PM)

Is late check-out available?
Yes, late check-out is available when possible. The fees are as follows:
- Camping and Touring: £10.00 for check-out up to 12 PM (standard check-out time is 10:30 AM).

How old do I have to be to book a holiday?
You must be at least 18 to book a holiday with C&C. There must be a minimum of one responsible adult staying with each booking.
No persons under 18 years of age may stay in C&C holiday accommodation without an accompanying adult unless specifically arranged at the time of booking.
What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
A 20% deposit is due when making your booking with Coast & Country. The balance is due 28 days prior to your booked arrival date.
Is the park and facilities accessible?
Yes, the majority of park common areas are wheelchair accessible. We also have a disabled shower and toilet facilities for guests at Lynmouth Holiday Retreat. Please ask at Reception for further information such as locations and how to access.
We have also re-laid many of the footpaths around our parks, including associated lakeside, woodland and nature areas, to make them more accessible for wheelchair and pushchairs, to allow more people to enjoy the tranquillity of Coast & Country locations.
Do you take tents?
Yes, at Lynmouth Holiday Retreat only.
Can I request a particular pitch?
We do not reserve particular holiday accommodation or pitches prior to your arrival, so regretfully we cannot guarantee you will be near your friends or family. We advise that you aim to arrive early to maximise your chance of securing a pitch where you most want to stay, no earlier than our specified check-in time.
What is the maximum size touring caravan or motorhome I can bring?
The maximum unit size we can accommodation is 9m (29ft).
Please note that awnings must extend no further than 2.5m (8ft) from the side of your touring caravan or motorhome.
Are dogs and other pets allowed?
C&C parks are dog friendly and pets are welcome in most areas, with a maximum of two dogs per caravan.
Please keep dogs on a short lead under strict control around all holiday accommodation. Dogs may not be left unattended anywhere on a C&C park at any time, including inside your accommodation. Please note that you are responsible for your pets at all times, including cleaning up after them and keeping noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.
We reserve the right to ask the owner of any dog which causes a nuisance or threat to remove it from the park immediately. We cannot accept any breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
Are linen and towels included in my holiday accommodation?
Yes at Notter Bridge and Tamar View.
At Lynmouth Holiday Retreat, only linen is provided, so please bring your own towels.
Are the hot tubs checked regularly?
Yes, there are checked daily from 8am.
Please note that on the day of departure, the hot tub will be emptied from this time to prepare for the next guest.
Hot tubs are not be used after 10pm.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees during the process of buying a holiday caravan or lodge.
The process allows the buyer and park owner to deal directly, so there are no third-party fees.
During the process, there are several elements to budget for:
* Annual Pitch Fees – This includes the security and management of the park, your local authority rates contribution and waste management.
* Utilities – On our parks, these are metered, so you are only charged based on your usage.
* Insurance – All holiday caravans and lodges must be insured.
Are touring caravan, motorhome and camping pitches hardstanding?
Some pitches are hardstanding. Please select whether you would like to book a hardstanding pitch at the booking stage.
Are you glamping units wheelchair accessible?
At present our glamping units are not wheelchair accessible and have steps to their entrance. They are also not designed to accommodate the use of a wheelchair inside.
Are your parks pet friendly?
Yes! All of our park’s welcome pets.
We do insist that they are kept on a lead at all times around the park and that they are not left on their own in your holiday caravan or lodge.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, if we have availability.
For our Static caravan accommodation your stay will need to extend to a normal changeover day, therefore extending by 3, 4 or 7 nights.
For Glamping, camping and touring you can extend by any amount of nights you choose, as long as your accommodation/ pitch is available.
Can I live in my holiday caravan or lodge?
We do not allow any owner to live on site or class their holiday caravan or lodge as their main residence.
This would be a breach of your site license and of our park license to the local authority.
Our holiday parks are open for a minimum of 10 months per year, providing a wide window in which to use it.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Please call us direct if you would like to amend a booking.
If we have availability to make the changes we will, whether it be date changes or adding extra guests we will endeavour to do so.
Can I park my car on my touring / camping pitch?
Yes, there is space to park one car on your touring / camping pitch, alongside any touring caravan and/or awning.
There is a small charge for additional cars. Please contact Reception for more information. Let us know when you book or check in if you have an additional vehicle and we can let you know where to park.
Can I put my awning up?
Yes. Awning extending up to 2.5m from your touring caravan, motorhome or care can be put up for an additional nightly charge. We recommend using heavy duty awning pegs if pitched on a hardstanding surface.
Can I receive a supermarket food delivery on the park?
Supermarket food deliveries are not permitted on park due to restricted commercial vehicle access for our guests’ safety.
Can I rent out my holiday caravan or lodge?
We do not allow owners to rent or sub-let their holiday caravan or lodge. We do allow friends and family to use it, at your discretion.
Can I sit on the hot tub when the lid is closed?
Please do not sit, stand or lie on the hot tub lid as they are not designed to support a person’s weight.
Can I stay near my friends or family?
We do not reserve particular holiday accommodation or pitches prior to your arrival, so regretfully we cannot guarantee you will be near your friends or family. We advise that you aim to arrive early to maximise your chance of securing a pitch where you most want to stay, no earlier than our specified check-in time.
Can I upgrade?
If we have availability we are more than happy to upgrade your accommodation.

Can I use the hot tub if I am pregnant or have a heart condition?
Please consult your GP before using the hot tub if you are pregnant, suffering from any form of heart disease, circulation problems or any serious illness.
Can children use the hot tub?
Please supervise children in the area of the hot tub at all times.
Do not allow children under the age of 8 years old or those unable to keep their head above the water level when sitting in the hot tub to use it. (Whilst the minimum recommended age in Health & Safety Executive guidance is 4 years of age, C&C recommends 8 years.)
Can our family and friends visit us?
Yes, for the day only, but please register their presence on park at Reception upon their arrival.
Can we have a BBQ?
Yes, you are welcome to have BBQ’s. We ask that any barbecues are raised off the ground and we provide bricks for this purpose.
Can we have a BBQ?
BBQs are permitted, but we ask that you not place them directly onto the ground, decking or picnic benches as this may cause damage. Please dispose of them responsibly.
Our Notter Bridge guests may wish to make use of the sheltered BBQ area located in-between the fishing lake and woodland reserve. Please leave this area as you would wish to find it. You may leave the disposable BBQ in the bins provided “
Can we have drinks in the hot tub?
Please do not rest any glasses on or near the hot tub – broken glass is almost invisible under water.
Any broken glass found in the vicinity of the hot tub will result in the hot tub being drained to check for glass. Please use plastic glasses instead.
Can we place candles around the hot tub?
We want you to have a relaxing stay with us but please do not place candles on the hot tub – candle wax can damage the filter system.
Can we play music in the hot tub?
Please respect your neighbours and do not play loud music, or shout or scream outside. Hot tubs may not be used after 10pm.
Can we put up a gazebo?
No. Due to fire regulations and the need to maintain separation between holiday accommodation and pitches, we do not allow gazebos to be put up anywhere on park. Awnings extending up to 2.5m from your touring caravan, motorhome or car are allowed.
Can we use bubble bath or shampoo in the hot tub?
Please do not add anything to the hot tub. Bubble bath, shampoo, gels, soaps, oils, salts etc. can seriously affect the water quality and filter system.
Can you accommodate guests who have accessibility needs?

Do I have to keep my holiday caravan or lodge for the full license period?
The site license at the time of purchase is our commitment to you. There are however, several options available to:
* If you are enjoying the park and your time with us, there is the option to upgrade to a new holiday caravans or lodge, with a new site license.
* If circumstances change, you can sell your holiday caravan or lodge to the park or to a new prospective buyer, who will have the benefit of the remaining years on the site license.
* Let a friend of family member take over the license.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, WiFi is available at all C&C locations. Information on how to connect to our local WiFi network will be provided upon check-in.
Please note that all C&C holiday retreats are in rural locations and that we cannot always guarantee a strong WiFi signal.
Do you offer finance?
We do not offer finance ourselves, however, we have partnered with Pegasus Finance, who specialise in finance for caravans and lodges. Do let us know if you would like their assistance and we can connect you.
Do you provide highchairs/ travel cots?
Unfortunately we don’t. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Does my holiday caravan or lodge come with a warranty?
If the holiday caravan or lodge is new, it will come with the manufacturers warranty.
All our pre-owned caravans and lodges come with our own 6-month park warranty, giving you piece of mind.
Does the holiday accommodation have an iron and ironing board?
No, but you can find an iron and ironing board available in the laundrette on the park, along with washing machines and dryers.
Does the holiday accommodation have heating?
Yes, all C&C holiday accommodation has heating inside which you can set according to your own preferences.
Please note that, as a canvas structure, the Glamping Bell Tents may get cool inside overnight at colder times of the year. While bedding is provided, you may wish to supply additional blankets.
How can I cancel?
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please contact us direct either by email or telephone where we can cancel your booking.
How do I report lost property?
If you realise once you have left us that you may have left something behind, please call us.
Every effort will be made to locate the missing item, however we are not liable if this isn’t possible or if it is damaged.
When we find your item we will return it to you, but you will be asked to cover the postage cost.”
How do you keep hot tubs safe and clean?
We are delighted to offer a range of holiday accommodation with hot tubs for your relaxation and enjoyment. You need to be aware of the following if you are considering booking a hot tub holiday.
*Prior to your arrival, your hot tub will have been completely emptied, cleaned and refilled to maintain the required standards of cleanliness. Re-heating the volumes of water involved takes time so we cannot guarantee that your hot tub wo;; be at its optimal operating temperature (between 37°C and 39°C) immediately after your have checked into your accommodation.
* We test both chemical balance and water quality a minimum of twice a day.
* We have some age restrictions. No child under 8 years should use the hot tub and it is your responsibility to supervise all minors between the ages of 8 and 16 years if allowing them use of the hot tub as they are more susceptible to over-heating.
* Respecting your neighbouring holiday guests, we have to insist that you do not use your hot tub after 11pm and ask that when doing so after 10pm that noise be kept to a minimum.
* We insist that for your own health and safety and that of your party, that you observe some simple rules, the details of which are listed in our Policy Pack, available on our website.
How long can I have my holiday caravan or lodge for?
The site license will vary from each caravan to lodge.
New holiday caravans are offered with a 15-year site license, whereas a new lodge is offered with a 25-year site license.
Pre-owned holiday caravans and lodges can vary.
How long should we stay in the hot tub?
Limit your time in the hot tub to a maximum of 20 minutes at a time – extended use can cause dizziness and fainting.
How many people can I have staying on my pitch?
We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch.
How many vehicles can I park outside my holiday accommodation?
There is parking alongside your holiday home for one car.
If you bring more than one car you may need to use additional parking provided, however we cannot guarantee this will be near your holiday home.
Please note we do not permit jet-skis, boats, lorries, vans or other commercial or sign-written vehicles on our park.
How much does a holiday caravan or lodge cost?

Is cooking equipment included in C&C holiday accommodation? Is there a microwave?
Yes, all C&C holiday accommodation save for the Glamping accommodation is full equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery that you will need during your stay. They also have a fridge, hob and microwave.
Is it possible to buy a holiday home while I’m staying with you?
Of course, please ask at reception for information on which units we have for sale.
We will be more than happy to arrange viewings and answer any questions you may have.
Is linen and bedding provided in C&C holiday accommodation?
Yes, linen is included and the beds will be made for you in advance of your arrival.
At the end of your stay, if possible please feel free to bundle up all the bedding to assist our lovely housekeeping team.
Is parking available?

What can happen if I swallow the hot tub water?
Do not immerse your head or swallow the water, as this can increase the risk of an infection.
What day can I start my holiday?
Glamping, camping and touring pitches can be any day.
Static caravans are Monday or Friday, either 3, 4 or 7 night breaks. During high season we have two units available for Saturday – Saturday Holidays.
What do the buttons do on our hot tub?
Please do not press any buttons on the control panel other than to turn on the lights and jets.
It is possible to put your hot tub into a sleep mode (eco mode) which will result in a loss of temperature.
What happens if we arrive late?
Please let Reception know as soon as possible if you believe you will arrive after 6:00pm to enable us to make arrangements to cater for your arrival.
What is included in the price?
Our prices include transport, siting, connections, safety tests and inspections and tv aerial installation. All of our holiday caravans and lodges come fully furnished with high quality appliances. For the majority of our caravans and lodges, we also include the cost of brand-new decking. If decking is not included, we will notify you when viewing.
What is the maximum number that can use the hot tub at once?
Please don’t exceed the maximum number of people that the hot tub was designed for.
Maximum bather capacity is 4-6 people.
What is the smoking policy on the park?
We operate a no smoking policy in all buildings and around our play area. We also ask that you not smoke within 15ft of any building entrance.
When smoking around the park, please take care not to smoke too close to fire hazards such as gas canisters, and please remember not to litter.
Smoking is prohibited inside any of our holiday accommodation and charges may apply if this rule is breached.
What should I do if I feel unwell in the hot tub?
If you feel unwell or experience breathing difficulties, discontinue use of the hot tub and seek medical advice.
What should I do if we have a problem or complaint?
We do all we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday but sometimes things may go wrong.
If this happens, please contact Reception straight away and we will try and put things right.

Can I live in my holiday caravan or lodge?
We do not allow any owner to live on site or class their holiday caravan or lodge as their main residence.
This would be a breach of your site license and of our park license to the local authority.
Our holiday parks are open for a minimum of 10 months per year, providing a wide window in which to use it.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Please call us direct if you would like to amend a booking.
If we have availability to make the changes we will, whether it be date changes or adding extra guests we will endeavour to do so.
Can I park my car on my touring / camping pitch?
Yes, there is space to park one car on your touring / camping pitch, alongside any touring caravan and/or awning.
There is a small charge for additional cars. Please contact Reception for more information. Let us know when you book or check in if you have an additional vehicle and we can let you know where to park.
Can I put my awning up?
Yes. Awning extending up to 2.5m from your touring caravan, motorhome or care can be put up for an additional nightly charge. We recommend using heavy duty awning pegs if pitched on a hardstanding surface.
Can I receive a supermarket food delivery on the park?
Supermarket food deliveries are not permitted on park due to restricted commercial vehicle access for our guests’ safety.
Can I rent out my holiday caravan or lodge?
We do not allow owners to rent or sub-let their holiday caravan or lodge. We do allow friends and family to use it, at your discretion.
Can I sit on the hot tub when the lid is closed?
Please do not sit, stand or lie on the hot tub lid as they are not designed to support a person’s weight.
Can I stay near my friends or family?
We do not reserve particular holiday accommodation or pitches prior to your arrival, so regretfully we cannot guarantee you will be near your friends or family. We advise that you aim to arrive early to maximise your chance of securing a pitch where you most want to stay, no earlier than our specified check-in time.
Can I upgrade?
If we have availability we are more than happy to upgrade your accommodation.

Can I use the hot tub if I am pregnant or have a heart condition?
Please consult your GP before using the hot tub if you are pregnant, suffering from any form of heart disease, circulation problems or any serious illness.
Can children use the hot tub?
Please supervise children in the area of the hot tub at all times.
Do not allow children under the age of 8 years old or those unable to keep their head above the water level when sitting in the hot tub to use it. (Whilst the minimum recommended age in Health & Safety Executive guidance is 4 years of age, C&C recommends 8 years.)
Can our family and friends visit us?
Yes, for the day only, but please register their presence on park at Reception upon their arrival.
Can we have a BBQ?
Yes, you are welcome to have BBQ’s. We ask that any barbecues are raised off the ground and we provide bricks for this purpose.
Can we have a BBQ?
BBQs are permitted, but we ask that you not place them directly onto the ground, decking or picnic benches as this may cause damage. Please dispose of them responsibly.
Our Notter Bridge guests may wish to make use of the sheltered BBQ area located in-between the fishing lake and woodland reserve. Please leave this area as you would wish to find it. You may leave the disposable BBQ in the bins provided “
Can we have drinks in the hot tub?
Please do not rest any glasses on or near the hot tub – broken glass is almost invisible under water.
Any broken glass found in the vicinity of the hot tub will result in the hot tub being drained to check for glass. Please use plastic glasses instead.
Can we place candles around the hot tub?
We want you to have a relaxing stay with us but please do not place candles on the hot tub – candle wax can damage the filter system.
Can we play music in the hot tub?
Please respect your neighbours and do not play loud music, or shout or scream outside. Hot tubs may not be used after 10pm.
Can we put up a gazebo?
No. Due to fire regulations and the need to maintain separation between holiday accommodation and pitches, we do not allow gazebos to be put up anywhere on park. Awnings extending up to 2.5m from your touring caravan, motorhome or car are allowed.
Can we use bubble bath or shampoo in the hot tub?
Please do not add anything to the hot tub. Bubble bath, shampoo, gels, soaps, oils, salts etc. can seriously affect the water quality and filter system.
Can you accommodate guests who have accessibility needs?

Do I have to keep my holiday caravan or lodge for the full license period?
The site license at the time of purchase is our commitment to you. There are however, several options available to:
* If you are enjoying the park and your time with us, there is the option to upgrade to a new holiday caravans or lodge, with a new site license.
* If circumstances change, you can sell your holiday caravan or lodge to the park or to a new prospective buyer, who will have the benefit of the remaining years on the site license.
* Let a friend of family member take over the license.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, WiFi is available at all C&C locations. Information on how to connect to our local WiFi network will be provided upon check-in.
Please note that all C&C holiday retreats are in rural locations and that we cannot always guarantee a strong WiFi signal.
Do you offer finance?
We do not offer finance ourselves, however, we have partnered with Pegasus Finance, who specialise in finance for caravans and lodges. Do let us know if you would like their assistance and we can connect you.
Do you provide highchairs/ travel cots?
Unfortunately we don’t. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Does my holiday caravan or lodge come with a warranty?
If the holiday caravan or lodge is new, it will come with the manufacturers warranty.
All our pre-owned caravans and lodges come with our own 6-month park warranty, giving you piece of mind.
Does the holiday accommodation have an iron and ironing board?
No, but you can find an iron and ironing board available in the laundrette on the park, along with washing machines and dryers.
Does the holiday accommodation have heating?
Yes, all C&C holiday accommodation has heating inside which you can set according to your own preferences.
Please note that, as a canvas structure, the Glamping Bell Tents may get cool inside overnight at colder times of the year. While bedding is provided, you may wish to supply additional blankets.
How can I cancel?
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please contact us direct either by email or telephone where we can cancel your booking.
How do I report lost property?
If you realise once you have left us that you may have left something behind, please call us.
Every effort will be made to locate the missing item, however we are not liable if this isn’t possible or if it is damaged.
When we find your item we will return it to you, but you will be asked to cover the postage cost.”
How do you keep hot tubs safe and clean?
We are delighted to offer a range of holiday accommodation with hot tubs for your relaxation and enjoyment. You need to be aware of the following if you are considering booking a hot tub holiday.
*Prior to your arrival, your hot tub will have been completely emptied, cleaned and refilled to maintain the required standards of cleanliness. Re-heating the volumes of water involved takes time so we cannot guarantee that your hot tub wo;; be at its optimal operating temperature (between 37°C and 39°C) immediately after your have checked into your accommodation.
* We test both chemical balance and water quality a minimum of twice a day.
* We have some age restrictions. No child under 8 years should use the hot tub and it is your responsibility to supervise all minors between the ages of 8 and 16 years if allowing them use of the hot tub as they are more susceptible to over-heating.
* Respecting your neighbouring holiday guests, we have to insist that you do not use your hot tub after 11pm and ask that when doing so after 10pm that noise be kept to a minimum.
* We insist that for your own health and safety and that of your party, that you observe some simple rules, the details of which are listed in our Policy Pack, available on our website.
How long can I have my holiday caravan or lodge for?
The site license will vary from each caravan to lodge.
New holiday caravans are offered with a 15-year site license, whereas a new lodge is offered with a 25-year site license.
Pre-owned holiday caravans and lodges can vary.
How long should we stay in the hot tub?
Limit your time in the hot tub to a maximum of 20 minutes at a time – extended use can cause dizziness and fainting.
How many people can I have staying on my pitch?
We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch.
How many vehicles can I park outside my holiday accommodation?
There is parking alongside your holiday home for one car.
If you bring more than one car you may need to use additional parking provided, however we cannot guarantee this will be near your holiday home.
Please note we do not permit jet-skis, boats, lorries, vans or other commercial or sign-written vehicles on our park.
How much does a holiday caravan or lodge cost?
We have a wide array of caravans and lodges across our parks available, with caravans starting from as a little as £19,995 right through to luxury holiday lodges, which can start from £90,000.
I have a large touring caravan or motorhome, will I fit on the pitch?
The maximum unit size we can accommodation is 9m (29ft).
Please note that awnings must extend no further than 2.5m (8ft) from the side of your touring caravan or motorhome.
Please feel free to call us with the specifics of your touring caravan or motorhome, and we can advise on the best suitable pitch for you to book.
Is cooking equipment included in C&C holiday accommodation? Is there a microwave?
Yes, all C&C holiday accommodation save for the Glamping accommodation is full equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery that you will need during your stay. They also have a fridge, hob and microwave.
Is it possible to buy a holiday home while I’m staying with you?
Of course, please ask at reception for information on which units we have for sale.
We will be more than happy to arrange viewings and answer any questions you may have.
Is linen and bedding provided in C&C holiday accommodation?
Yes, linen is included and the beds will be made for you in advance of your arrival.
At the end of your stay, if possible please feel free to bundle up all the bedding to assist our lovely housekeeping team.
Is parking available?
There is parking alongside your holiday home for one car.
If you bring more than one car you may need to use additional parking provided, however we cannot guarantee this will be near your holiday home.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
You will find all you need in our modern fully equipped kitchens, including a microwave.
Is there a 24-hour service?
Our park receptions are open throughout the day. Local opening hours and 24/7 emergency contact numbers will be provided upon check-in.
Is there a cash point on the parks?
There are no cash points at Coast & Country. However, we accept card and contactless payments in our shop and reception.
Is there public transport available?
Yes, public transport is generally available to and from our parks. Please contact Reception for an up-to-date timetable of local services. We can also recommend local taxi companies.

What can happen if I swallow the hot tub water?
Do not immerse your head or swallow the water, as this can increase the risk of an infection.
What day can I start my holiday?
Glamping, camping and touring pitches can be any day.
Static caravans are Monday or Friday, either 3, 4 or 7 night breaks. During high season we have two units available for Saturday – Saturday Holidays.
What do the buttons do on our hot tub?
Please do not press any buttons on the control panel other than to turn on the lights and jets.
It is possible to put your hot tub into a sleep mode (eco mode) which will result in a loss of temperature.
What happens if we arrive late?
Please let Reception know as soon as possible if you believe you will arrive after 6:00pm to enable us to make arrangements to cater for your arrival.
What is included in the price?
Our prices include transport, siting, connections, safety tests and inspections and tv aerial installation. All of our holiday caravans and lodges come fully furnished with high quality appliances. For the majority of our caravans and lodges, we also include the cost of brand-new decking. If decking is not included, we will notify you when viewing.
What is the maximum number that can use the hot tub at once?
Please don’t exceed the maximum number of people that the hot tub was designed for.
Maximum bather capacity is 4-6 people.
What is the smoking policy on the park?
We operate a no smoking policy in all buildings and around our play area. We also ask that you not smoke within 15ft of any building entrance.
When smoking around the park, please take care not to smoke too close to fire hazards such as gas canisters, and please remember not to litter.
Smoking is prohibited inside any of our holiday accommodation and charges may apply if this rule is breached.
What should I do if I feel unwell in the hot tub?
If you feel unwell or experience breathing difficulties, discontinue use of the hot tub and seek medical advice.
What should I do if we have a problem or complaint?
We do all we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday but sometimes things may go wrong.
If this happens, please contact Reception straight away and we will try and put things right.

What should we do if we have concerns about the hot tub?
Please contact park staff if you think your hot tub has been contaminated or if you have any concerns or problems with your hot tub.
When is C&C open?
Opening dates vary between park, but they are generally open from March through to January.
Please ask at Reception for the exact closing date for the year as this may vary slightly depending on local events.
