Lee Abbey Bay Beach is located in a beautiful, compact arc of wooded coastline. It’s lined by relatively large cliffs. The back of the beach is rock, pebble and coarse sand. At low tide, a big sandy area is exposed stretching across the bay.

Well, how can you put a weeks experience at Lee Abbey into words.Honestly it should be on everyone's bucket list.If your a Christian, or even thinking about knowing more about a personal relationship with our Creator God,then this place is a must.I honestly don't think there is anywhere better you could go.As soon as you approach the area going through the Valley of the Rocks you realise you've stumbled upon somewhere that's just breathtaking. From a spiritual point of view to the whole scenery. The history of thar area.Drive through it from Lynton to Lee Abbey, and it just gets better.Set in 288 acres of parkland down in a valley, there is no where like it.Its a complete detox from all the outside un Godly pressures of the life we mostly live in.

Here God is the focus and here is where you find out what living is meant to be like. With beautifully homely accommodation, clean and all you woukd need.Good home cooked food at every meal.Snacks and drinks.Plus whatever workshop you have come to experience, all included. You don't need any money once you've paid to go.So thats another blessing. No hidden extras. The Community that live there, also serve the guests that arrive for the whole of their stay. These volunteers who give up their time purely to serve God through serving his people.Every single member of that team, are incredibly special,as is their God given desire to make your experience the best it can be.

Everyone is catered for,at all ages.No one is left behind. The worship and leadership of such is incredible.Musicians from the Community write songs for the services too,and put their heart and soul into what they do.If you think you can beat this place, then I would like to hear it.Personally Lee Abbey to me ticks all the boxes.Ive been twice now on a Creative Arts week with friends, and it was just Amazing. The first time I went was literally like changing. The 2nd time our friend was Baptised there. You have to go to understand how special it is.Just pray to God I can go again next year.Like everything its in his hands.God bless you all dear Lee Abbey friends.

Really beautiful to look at, shame about the restrictions of dogs, but lots of slippery rocks on the beach so understandable. Nice walk down to the area from the valley of the rocks to there :) our dog Shadow loved the walk😊

One of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in England, the Abbey itself was great, very relaxing and spiritual, the area around Lee Abbey was tranquil and quite spectacular.

Lee Abbey is a highly recommended destination to visit and explore.

Spent a restful And meaningful weekend at Lee Abbey on the Devon Coast. The Abbey is home to a multi-national, resident Christian community which welcomes guests year round. They serve guests with intention, prayer, and a warm welcome in Jesus’ name.

Beautiful walking trails, a well stocked library, coastal access, quiet places to gather, read, pray and connect are plentiful. The kitchen team provides three fine meals, served up by members of the community. Come for the community and experience an encounter with God. Excellent programs for under 18’s offered during most events. I Affordably priced with some bursary funds available.

Beautiful setting on the North Devon coast. A large estate within stunning Exmoor and a lovely spacious house. It's a place of welcome and peace.

Open your heart to the LORD and be prepared to hear from him.

Food is excellent.

The Community members are so caring.
