A surprise find, very close to the A38 near Saltash but surprisingly quiet location with lovely views.

Rooms a little tired to be honest, could do with an update, but bed comfy and room warm. Tea and coffee making facilities but no milk !!! Also one of the biscuits packets was missing on arrival and I found an empty packet on the floor by the bed !!!

Shower wonderfully powerful and hot which was very welcome. Food perfect and plentiful.

Might book this for our 12th wedding anniversary party later this year.

This was a last minute valentine's day getaway so very pleased they had rooms available

Have had lunch a few times. Excellent food.. good portions and fresh. Great atmosphere.

Easy to get to off the motorway. Not too far from Saltash/Cotehele.

Friendly staff.

Great find. Wanted a country getaway with nice food and accommodation. Both were great. Owner and staff, so welcoming. Want a cosy pub, restaurant in the middle of winter. This place is how you would imagine it. Also great value, wih rooms including great breakfast.

Visited for evening meal - staff very friendly, food great, good value.

My only little criticism is that the approach was very dark, but apart from that I will visit again when in the area.

I travel with work very often and sometimes you find a little gem, this stay at The Crooked Inn was one such occasion. Great staff, fabulous food, comfortable night and a great breakfast. Great stuff. Highly recommended.

After arriving at the crooked inn me and my partner was welcomed by a lovley young lady who showed us to our room after telling us where breakfast would be in the morning. And told us the restaurant was still open and as soon as we are ready to pop back and she would take our orders. Absolutely wonderful food. Will certainly go back again

Second visit, equally good as last autumn. We drive 200 miles to catch up with friends who live 40 miles from our home, that’s the attraction of the Crooked Inn! The inn is wonderful with its roaring open wood fire. The staff are polite efficient and nothing too much trouble (apart from poached eggs- in joke with owner)! The food was excellent, good choice and well cooked meals and presented. Our room was cosy, the big bed very comfortable, took a while for the hot water to arrive but when it did there was plenty of it. Our room was at the end of an upstairs block so this was not unexpected. The shower was simple to operate with plenty of hot water.

The Inn is ideally located for visits to Looe or Plymouth which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Would we stay here again, most certainly!,
