Beautiful location, clean comfortable room. Lovely friendly pub, great breakfast. The only thing I would mention is that the evening meal vegetarian options, although delicious were quite expensive for what they were. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A stunningly well located Inn right on the waterfront of a pretty little town in a very scenic part of the Exmoor coastline. It’s a charming, historic building and the rooms all had a lovely view. Very comfortable, well appointed, spotlessly clean and excellent house keeping. Definitely want to return.

Stayed in Shelley’s cottage for a winter break. It’s gorgeous: cosy, thatched cottage at the top of a very short steep hill next to the pub with glorious sea views. Lovely big bedroom and bathroom, spotlessly clean and warm. Pub suppers are great: chef is excellent. Not cheap but lovely. Service v friendly, pub has a good atmosphere given its the quiet season.

Walking on exmoor is wonderful and Lynmouth is a great base.

Cottage also dog friendly: our 2 loved it there!

Very cute and unique hotel. We had an old room with uneven floors but we loved it, it was also very clean. The window view was amazing.

Great breakfast option, except no fresh fruits and fresh juice. Coffee was really bad.

We had drinks in the pub and later dinner. We had a seafood platter for £30 and was overpriced for what you get. However the steak and fish were extremely delicious. It was the best fish fillet I ever had, with potatoes, kale and clams.

Most of the stuff was amazing, super friendly and helpful.
