October half term break, staying in a 2-bedroom static caravan. The park is lovely and quiet, not many people were there in the same week as us. We arrived late on a Friday but the late check-in email made arrival easy and our van was ready and waiting for us. The caravan was clean and had a nice open plan lounge and kitchen area. There was a glimpse of a sea view from our lounge and kitchen, down towards Lynmouth. The park was very dog friendly - the secure dog walking field was great, and there are walks out from the park towards Lynmouth and Watersmeet. The park is dark at night so if you’ve got a dog bring a headtorch, but when it was clear at night you could see the Milky Way, as the skies are so dark (a rare novelty for city dwellers like us). The location was very picturesque and just off the A39, so it was easy to get out exploring the coast and Exmoor. The only slight challenge with the caravan was cooking - in our experience caravan gas ovens never cook food very quickly, and there was only one shelf to cook on - fine if cooking on the hob, but if we visited again i think we’d squeeze our air fryer into the car! But overall a lovely holiday and we would recommend.

We stayed here during the summer as part of our first motor home road trip around the south west.

This was by far our favorite campsite.

The location was lovely; with stunning views and really great walking trails.

Nice field for dogs to be walked.

We loved our pitch, really good hedges on the sides and back for privacy and great water and electrical hook-ups; very accessible.

The facilities are fantastic, very clean and well maintained. Also felt very safe in the evenings.

Shower and toilet facilities were spotless and cleaned multiple times.

They have an excellent food van on site, serving coffee, cocktails, takeaways and deserts.

The quality was fantastic and a really nice addition that a lot of sites we visited were missing.

The layout of the site is brilliant and no rowdy or or noisy neighbors.

Everything from arriving to departing was excellent and the team were very friendly and helpful.

Will be staying here again as it is an absolute gem.

Just spent fab few days at this great site with our caravan. The facilities were excellent very clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bakery (pre ordered) is a nice touch, warm croissants for breakfast 😋. Look forward to our next visit.

We stayed in one of the sea-view glamping pods. Both the pod itself and the communal facilities were absolutely spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view was amazing, and even when it was rainy and windy outside we were able to stay nice and dry and cosy in the pod. Wouldn't hesitate to come back for another stay!

Absolutely beautiful place which I couldn’t fault. If you need peace & quiet then this is the place for you. Upon arrival we were greeted with very helpful staff that gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Our dog absolutely loved it here & so did we. Perfect time of year as it is early October. Would definitely come back again.

we stayed here for three nights in the middle of june, and it was wonderful! for a budget-friendly campsite, we certainly weren't expecting the level of customer service, quality of facilities, and view that we got. very happy, and will definitely be back! pitches are tiered so wherever you are, there's a wonderful view. good-sized pitches with designated gravel area for your car. it was quiet but not completely dead, and the toilets and showers were kept very clean. the ice freezer was never full and always space. great access to local trails, and only a few minutes' drive from popular spots. we had a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed in TV39 Cawsand & it was absolutely lovely a real home from home feeling, the lounge area was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was absolutely spotless & the views were stunning. Unfortunately my partner wasn’t well during our new year trip so we weren’t able to go out & see the new year in. But having the hot tub we at least made the most of it & that really helped his awful head cold. Stunning place to stay though, couldn’t fault it & definitely recommend the Rifle Volunteer but you need to book in advance as we tried a couple of times & they were fully booked luckily we booked the day before to be on the safe side, but the food is absolutely delicious.

Lovely !! Stayed here 3 times, Twice in TV 44 polperro view and once in a caravan. On each occasion arrived to a very clean site and both the lodge and caravan along with hot tubs have been found to a very high standard. Every thing that is needed is situated in both caravan and lodge. We take our dogs and they love it here, little dog treat box and welcome pack was in the lodge on arrival - lovely touch ! The site is a quiet site, maybe a little road noise, but the views are absolutely outstanding.

Well done! Looking forward to coming back soon. We thoroughly enjoyed x

This was our third visit to this wonderful holiday park.

The view is outstanding. The caravan was spotless. The hot tub was warm and inviting. I don't think that it could be improved.

A fantastic site. We have told friends about it and are planning our next visit.

We booked Polperro, and what a wonderful place to stay! A beautiful view from the balcony (make sure the trees in front of the balcony don't get too tall! It was just a bit too high for us). It's also clear that the park and chalets are maintained with great care and attention. The chalet was spotlessly clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The water in the hot tub was checked daily. At the very last minute, we were able to add an "early arrival" to our booking, and luckily, we were able to enter the accommodation on time. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area. Polperro Lodge has made it into our top 3 accommodations 😉.

Wonderful stay from start till end. We didn't want to come home! Very clean accomodation, everything you need supplied, views fantastic which have to be seen to be believed. The location is quiet and relaxing, close to amenities and the staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. The EV chargers were very convenient too!

Just returned home from stay at Notterbridge holiday park .. full 5 stars all the way .. Booking.com messed up my booking and when we arrived we had one bed glamping sweet instead of two bed chalet .. the staff member Dan quickly resolved this issue and we were given an amazing Two bed chalet ! Dan was simply incredible , the park its self is wonderful clean , beautiful surroundings .. staff are exceptionally helpful . Accomodation is simply amazing .. couldn’t find a spec of dust anywhere .. modern .. and exceptionally comfortable , spacious and luxurious. Full marks !! Will definitely be returning and as it’s near family I will be encouraging other family members to use in our many visits per year to this location !!

The lodge was very comfortable and clean, especially enjoyed the hot tub which appeared to be checked by the site maintenance man daily.

The beds were comfortable and the furnishings added a nice finish. The heating was very efficient in the inclement weather.

The site had a fishing lake but was full of weed so unfishable, needs a bit of maintenance.

Very peaceful, good place to rest and relax, some reviews say about the noise from the main road, but we didn’t find it a problem.

No. 24 is the best lodge overlooking the river. It was clean and plush. In a beautiful spot. The staff onsite were super friendly and helpful.

Very quiet site (be sure to be far away from the main road).

Notter bridge is a great location; central to many great beaches and nature trails - perfect for the summer! We did have the weather on our side, which allowed us to fully explore the area. We particularly enjoyed visiting Looe, Polperro, Batham and Golitha falls!

Willow lodge was immaculately presented and fully kitted out. The hot tub was an added bonus to come back to after a long day at the beach!

Yes, Willow lodge is close to the road (as other reviews had mentioned) but it did not bother us at all, even myself as a light sleeper!

Our host Jonathan, came to greet us on arrival and was more than helpful throughout our stay!

All in all, a fab week away at Notter Bridge, which we have already recommended to friends!

What a Gem of a find. Wanted a nice lodge and somewhere to take my mum and dad for a week. Certainly found that here. Stayed in Magnolia Lodge absolutely spotless, everything we would need for a week. Comfy beds, spacious. It was just perfect. Staff very lovely and friendly. Grounds were immaculate. Everything was well cared for. Mum and dad said it was tranquility in a bottle, they loved the peace and quiet. Went to the pub which was literally a two minute walk opposite the holiday park. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Nice hot tub. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. 10/10

Absolutely loved our mini break here. Such a lovely small and well kept park. We had our dog with us so stayed in Anglers Roost pet friendly little lodge. It was immaculate and very new and suited us for a short stay. We had a lovely meal at the pub opposite the site and it was nice not to have to drive to have a nice evening meal. The walks around the site were ideal for our little dog and the owners we met were all so friendly. We were late arriving so didn't see any reception staff but Jonathon kept a regular check by text if everything was OK.

We will definitely be back.

Lovely location with nice gardens and walks around the lake. Our caravan was very clean and upto date with all facilities required and a great view of the river.

A good base to visit other parts of Cornwall and Devon.

For us with a young family, maybe a small play area would be a nice addition to the site.

We have stayed in the magnolia with hot tub for a week. The lodge was spotless, lots of room for a family of 4, everything you needed was there, 2 bathrooms which was a plus for my teenage daughter? The hot tub was a lovely bonus and maintained every other-ish day.

The park it self was really nice and small the stream was beautiful my youngest enjoyed paddling. Down side is its more for adults with no children and there is nothing on site for the children to do, Luckily I brought along my daughters scooter so she was able to use that and we had the hot tub. Walks around the park max took 20-25mins we spent a lot of time walking down to the garden area to check on thousands of tadpoles 😊

Whilst being here a day or 2 some work started and We were woken every morning at 8am with the noise of chainsaws and trees been ambushed down.

Location wise was not for us either - we travelled out nearly everyday to get to a beach with something for the children to do. Looe is nice which isn't too far but if you dont want to travel there is nothing locally. Notter bridge is set in a lovely place but unfortunately just wasn't for us and the children were board. The main town area of saltash didn't have nothing to offer. The local 'retail park' was good for shopping and daily essentials.

Thank you Notter bridge for a comfortable stay 🙏 p.s can you keep us updated on the 100,000's of tadpoles they were amazing Also maybe add in a children's play park or something for then to do or maybe state it is aimed for adults 😉

Yellow sands is a lovely site to be part of , its well looked after. The staff are helpful and friendly especially Kamil who is lovely and will help you out when needed. Highly recommend the site

It’s been our happy place for the past 8yrs, but due to my husband’s debilitating ill health we have had to say our goodbyes.

It’s been a pleasure to be a part of the happy family on Yellowsands. I would highly recommend the site to new owners.

Louise Smart

We have just bought our first static caravan on Yellow Sands.

Chris, Marc and Kamil have made the process so easy and have helped us throughout every stage of the process with regular updates and photos.

Chris also gave us the opportunity to go and stay in the van (which was on one of their other sites) before we purchased it to see if we liked it and to make sure we were making the right decision.

We have been on another site in Brean for the past 8 years and have said if we are lucky enough to own our own static caravan this is the site we would like to be on and our wishes have come true.

Can't wait to get the keys on 1st March and start the new chapter of our caravaning life.

We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us

Lovely quiet site close to everything. I think some people have reviewed this by mistake. This is a private caravan owners site (of which my mum owns a caravan) no subletting allowed so usually the same faces and nice atmosphere.

It has been infuriating in recent years as clearly word has 'got around' (especially by people it seems from Pontins) that they could use the site to pass through to get to the beach. Luckily the owners have managed to erect a gate to prevent this

I went here 2-3 times a year and i loved every minute of it! I would definitely go there again! I’m going to go back there as i’ve really missed that place! I made lots of new Friends they were great people! The food was great and you get alot for your money! It’s not expensive to go here! There’s the beach and the swimming pool to relax and have fun! There’s the Weather to sunbathe in and get yourself a suntan then there’s the shops and outdoor market, there’s the carboot sales on the Sunday’s and there’s the Arcades to go in! There’s lots of games for the adults, families and for kids to do you can play games with the bluecoats, there’s captain croc at night for the kids, there’s the supermarket on the camp, cafes just outside the camp and takeaway on the camp itself, there’s the ballroom for the cabaret bluecoats get involved doing shows and there’s dance music to have a dance on the dance floor and night club entertainment for adults only with live shows and famous people that visit every year!
