An open working studio and teaching hub for creating and enjoying art. They specialise in glass! A perfect activity for all

Opening Times

The studio is based on Chivenor Business Park, near Braunton, North Devon.

We enjoy a large creative space and welcome you to pop in. There is a varied stock of work available to view and purchase and its likely that during your visit you’ll also see the creative process in action.

Tuition is available throughout the entire week, during the day, evening and also the weekend.

We are a very relaxed and informal setting. Parking is directly outside, there is flat access. Tea and coffee are provided.

During our classes we hope to encourage and support you to learn the skills required to create your piece, whilst also developing your ideas to continue your practice and create your own designs

Lisa is a brilliant, patient teacher and gives her attention and energy generously. I did her fused glass workshop and loved it. I definitely recommend visiting. The studio is a welcoming, fascinating place to look around.

My 8 year old son and I had a brilliant afternoon with Lisa, making glass tiles and a dish. Lisa was so kind and patient, and really explained things clearly. We are both quite crafty, but had never done anything glass-related before - Lisa walked us through everything we needed to know, without overwhelming us, and was on hand throughout to help with the fiddly bits! Cutting and placing the glass pieces was almost therapeutic, and really satisfying. I can't wait to go back and pick up our pieces in a couple of days. Would thoroughly recommend Art Mash if you're looking for a fun creative afternoon 😃👍

Lisa is an angel and has so much patience. I love attending her classes. We did the jewellery making workshop yesterday and she is so knowledgeable about her craft it was amazing. We are going back for part 2 soon, can't wait.

An absolutely fabulous time thanks to the lovely lisa who explained in simple steps how to cut and make our own fused glass suncatcher or tile, so exciting that I am going back this Saturday coming from 9.30 -till 11.30. 2 hours of fun and very affordable,
