Went today with 2 kids and had a great time! The 3 year old absolutely loved the larger soft play, I went round it with him and it’s really well done, doesn’t feel claustrophobic and is really easy to navigate but also exciting for them.

The ‘under 4s’ section was ok for my 11m old, he just wanted to crawl around through the tunnel but it’s not well ‘policed’ by staff or parents, with lots of older kids in there.

The food was good, we had jacket potato and cheesy fries. Both tasted a little bit of ‘freezer burn’ but absolutely tolerable for the setting.

It was the last day before school holidays; we went around 1pm, and it wasn’t busy at all, I would say about 10 families max. But they were well understaffed with one main staff member having to duck between the front desk and the cafe, as well as clean etc. No wonder they can’t monitor the soft play at all. I felt quite sorry for them and things I ordered from the cafe were forgotten so had to follow up.

Would definitely return but I wouldn’t want to be there at peak time, it must be manic as the tables are very crammed together, not a lot of room for buggies!
