Decent experience. Friendly staff, very helpful reception team for us as first time visitors, especially after we'd had issues navigating the online booking system - far easier to turn up in advance and sort it out with them in person. Note if you want the slide, you need to book the "wet and wild" session not the family session, where it's not in action.

We did the wet and wild session. It was fine with the approx 40 people in the pool, no queue for the slide and enough space for everyone to move about in, wouldn't have wanted it much busier though. Our 7 year old son enjoyed it.

Staff - lovely, friendly, helpful

Changing rooms - a bit small and hot, but fine. Lockers are free.

Toilets - Used ladies. A bit dirty, no lock.

Pools - did the splash fun thing. Good. A lot of floats, great slide. Clean, lifeguards attentive. One of the waterfalls was broken and so was the hot tub.

Visited on a one off via Hustle (£5.40 for a one day pass). The gym was small but well equipped and supervised by a PT. The pool seemed to be either empty or closed. The cafe was empty and seemed ok. Then I used the shower in the changing room. It was filthy, the door was missing, hinges still there, door not. The next one had a broken lock. Their cleaner (if they have one) should be sacked. There was dirt on the soap shelf and empty gel bottles amongst other debris. I won’t be going again unless they tell me they’ve done something about it.
