My 'go to' when arriving in Lynmouth. Park up, then pop to the Tourist Office downstairs for a parking permit and then straight upstairs to this friendly tea room for a bite to eat and a coffee. Very reasonably priced with a good choice of menu. The sea view is a bonus. Cracking staff too!

Best place to grab a bite to eat in Lynmouth. Friendly staff, good food well cooked & presented, views out over sea and prices competitive - what's not to like.

Always come here when we visit Lynmouth, highly recommend

We visit on and off throughout the winter and each time we have had excellent service and food. The best poached eggs ever, lovely runny yolk, just how it should be and not water logged too! Not many can do decent poached eggs that is a fact I can confirm from experience these were lovely 🥰 thank you.
