Tamar View Nurseries Garden Centre

Visited yesterday from Plymouth. Had lunch. Food was filling and HOT (not like other garden centres). Some areas of neglect outside that could do with a tidy.

Massive garden center, sells all sorts with lots of external small and large businesses outside. Whilst picking out a plant or bunch of flowers, you can get your car vallet. Choose some food, go in the boutique shops and get new outfits. Perfect to get a gift or just enjoy a morning or afternoon out

Popped in for a cuppa & cake after a shopping trip found a table pretty easily then queued up to place my order the queue was quite long but the good thing was it went down quickly it was pure torture & pleasure to stand In front of all the cakes making me change my mind a few times while drooling I watched the meals coming out and they looked very good I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the prices were and i guess that’s why they were so busy the staff were amazing the only thing putting a downer was I felt sorry for some of staff having to plate up the cakes and tea then run down to the end of the counter to take the money I guess it keeps her fit 😃

I will def be going back for some more ! Lovely 🥰

Absolutely brilliant food,drinks and really quick service booked a table for 16 but actually 17 of us and cannot fault the service,cakes were all amazing even had a few to take away which were wrapped up professionally even either a handle on the tin foil,cake was still perfect when we got home.

The portion size was brilliant for smaller portions and it was all served really quick thank you for making our afternoon a stress free time.

Definitely will book again.

Lovely store with loads of choice and oodles of great products, pots and plants. Very reasonably priced.

Really lovely helpful and considerate staff. Have been twice and will become a regular.

Highly recommend. There’s a coffee shot on site and a butchers outside in the car park and loos.
